Joseph Cera
I'm a product manager in New York. At work I build AI agents that finish real jobs for customers. At home I run my own GPUs, a pack of agents, and more than sixty side projects.

A few things I'm proud of
- $10Ma year in new revenue from time-based phone billing I shipped at JustAnswer.
- $15Min annual recurring revenue at Oracle, driven by the Connected TV analytics products I owned.
- 84%helpful, in customer ratings of Pearl's AI Voice service. I run AI Voice.
- $1M+first-year revenue from FT on Flipboard, the app's first paid news subscription.
- 60+products and experiments I built and shipped on my own under Adore LLC.
Things I've built
Everything here is a product or experiment I built under my company, Adore LLC. A few make money. Most started as a problem I or my family had.
How my AI runs at home
Most of my side projects run on machines in my home. Balto, my lead agent, hands work to the GPUs. The NAS keeps the code and the deploys. One small server faces the internet. Two NVIDIA GB300s are on the way.

Token leaderboard
Lifetime tokens by provider, rounded down. Most of it is agents talking to other agents: a cloud orchestrator splits a task across a swarm of coding agents, and they review each other's work. Most of those tokens are cached context that agents re-read on every step, which is why the numbers get silly.

Things I stopped paying for
Over 2026 I moved most of my paid software stack onto my own hardware.

Why my GitHub isn't green
GitHub shows 354 contributions this year, with long quiet stretches. That's only the open-source part. In 2026 I moved my code to a Forgejo server on a Synology NAS at home, so most of my commits never reach GitHub.

Text Balto
Balto is my AI agent and the lead dog of my pack. He's named after the husky who ran the last leg of the 1925 serum run to Nome.
Ask him about my work, or ask him to pass me a message. I read those myself.
This Balto is a separate public copy. He can't see my files, email or calendar, and he only knows what's already public on this page.
That's (866) 752-2586. Texting it means you agree to the SMS terms: one reply per message you send, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out. The number is brand new, so if he doesn't text back yet, the carriers are still approving it. You can always ask him here.
